About EMJL

The Moroccan Elite of Young Leaders (EMJL) is a national organisation with an international dimension and international sections, working to train and mentor young people, develop their leadership, strengthen their civic engagement, bring youth closer to institutions, and advance parallel diplomacy and Morocco's influence.

Through its training programmes, its high-level meetings with ministers, parliamentarians, ambassadors and leaders of national and international institutions, as well as its international exchanges and programmes, EMJL offers young people a framework in which to acquire skills, grow their network, better understand how institutions work and prepare to take on responsibilities in their respective fields.

EMJL is built on several specialised poles: the Political, Diplomatic, Economic & Legal pole; the Health pole; the Environment pole; the Cultural pole; the Research & Innovation pole; the Engineers pole; and the pole for Moroccans Residing Abroad. Each pole is led by an executive bureau of committed young specialists in its field, entrusted with real responsibilities so as to develop their expertise, coordination skills and leadership. This structure allows every young member to build a path in their own field, grow alongside professionals and institutional actors, lead initiatives and prepare to become, tomorrow, a leader and a reference in their sector.

Through this approach, EMJL aims to contribute to the emergence of a new generation of Moroccan leaders — competent, committed and open to the world — capable of taking on responsibilities in their fields, serving their country and contributing to its influence in Morocco and internationally.
