Research and Training Pole
The Research and Training Pole of the Moroccan Elite of Young Leaders (EMJL) aims to advance scientific research, strengthen public policy analysis, and build the capacities of young people. It brings together PhD candidates, researchers, students, and experts from diverse academic and professional backgrounds to produce knowledge and develop evidence-based analyses of national and international issues. Its activities include conducting research studies, preparing policy briefs, analytical papers, and thematic reports, as well as organizing training sessions, seminars, and methodological workshops. The Pole also seeks to foster dialogue and cooperation between academia, public institutions, and civil society organizations. Its ambition is to establish EMJL as a platform for intellectual debate, knowledge production, and capacity building, contributing to evidence-based policymaking and the development of a new generation of researchers, policy analysts, and decision-makers equipped to address contemporary challenges.
